Harri graduated from ECU with a bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science in 2019. He added to this by recently completing a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the end of 2022 at Murdoch University.
Harri’s main interests lie in using exercise to achieve the best results in chronic disease management and cardiac rehabilitation. Specifically using up to date clinical reasoning and justification to develop and progress effective, personally tailored exercise programs for all ages and ability.
Harri believes that in conjunction with a balanced lifestyle, any form of exercise is a positive step and a strong foundation for a healthy life.
In his spare time, you will likely find Harri watching any form of sport on tv. With a particular interest in soccer, AFL, cricket and F1.
